An added feature of this year’s Raising Day will be `hostage rescue operation’. 8. NBDC also disseminates relevant and useful information to law enforcement agencies of the states. An international level seminar on ‘Fighting terror – An Integrated approach’ was organized by the NBDC in Feb 2008 which was attended by delegates and representatives from all over the country and abroad. 10.
