23 July 2008 :  Improved NSG Website – Launched

     The Director General launched a new NSG website, aesthetically designed and created by its personnel. The new website is endowed with several enhanced features, greater navigability and plenteous contents in the form of text, audio / video, news paper clippings and photographs.

22 July 2008 :  English Language Training for Commandos - Inaugurated

     The Director General inaugurated an English language course for the commandos of NSG, being conducted through the agency of the British School of Languages (BSL). Besides personality development, the course aims at improving language skills. Several batches, of 25 each, will be the beneficiaries.

03 July 2008 : Cyber Security Capsule Conducted

     A cyber security capsule was conducted at HQ NSG by Army Cyber Security Establishment (ACSE), New Delhi, the appellate authority on the subject in the army. It was attended by officers and other ranks associated with IT matters. The capsule, spanning the entire day, successfully illuminated the participants with the nuances of security aspects.
